MENTAL HEALTH CRISIS SERVICE

Chester

Chester – Service for up to 8 residents with staff and communal space
Working in partnership with:

  • Cheshire West and Chester Council;
  • Cheshire Wirral Partnership NHS; and
  • Independence Support.

Chester crisis service provides support to people experiencing mental health crisis including both hospital avoidance and hospital step-down pathways, delivered in partnership with Cheshire Wirral Partnership NHS. The service is RMN nurse-led.

This service enables people to be supported closer to home in local communities, staying connected with family, friends, and other local support networks through the provision of good quality accommodation and support.

Independence Support work closely and compatibly with MDT’s and are committed to working in partnership to achieve excellent outcomes for the residents.
