PROJECT OVERVIEW

Kampus is a new residential led mixed use neighbourhood in the city centre comprising 500 apartments and 40,000 sq ft of leisure/A3 space in mix of new build and listed buildings. Zerum provided Project Management services from inception through to securing of planning, financing and contracting partner. The development was a JV by Capital & Centric Plc & Henry Boot Developments with Storm’s partner Zerum providing Project Management services.

The accommodation will be cluster led; have outstanding communal facilities and help gentrify Stretford by coordinating the development with Trafford’s master plan for the area.

The value for phase 1 is an initial £20m with a further £20m per year expenditure over the coming 5 years. The development was a JV between Trafford Council & Relentless Developments and Storm’s partner Zerum acted as Client Representative and led the Project Management.
