Montague Court is a bespoke mental health development. These modern-day apartments feature a beautiful communal area for all and benefit from being extremely close to local amenities and public transport.

The contemporary apartments have been fitted with CCTV cameras and assistive technology to provide the perfect solution to the needs of the residents. All apartments were provided with white goods and modified to have fire and heat safety applications throughout.

We ensured there was an additional apartment for staff within the for an on-site carer to use as the cohort have complex care needs. Personal pendants and lifeline units have been installed in the individual units that allow voice control direct to the care providers office as well as an on-site carers handheld device.

Storm Property’s apartments feature whole house technology systems based on assessed residents’ needs. Working closely with the partners listed above, we ensure that the infrastructure of the scheme can support a range of people from the moment they move in and for years into the future. Once a resident’s needs have been assessed, the success of the technology is monitored and adjusted where necessary.
